For Ordering Bronzing Services:
Please follow the instructions below to order bronzing services. Bronzing keepsakes is a
specialized service that takes 4 to 6 weeks for processing depending on the workload.
Option One:
- 1. Pay for your order online using your credit card by clicking on the BUY button of the style you want on any bronzing catalog page.
- 2. After you have paid for your order online, print out a copy of our Bronzing Mail-in Order Form to send along with your keepsake to be bronzed. The mailing address is on the form.
- 3. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

Option Two:
- 1. If you do not want to order online, then you can send a check or money order along with your keepsake.
- 2. First print out a copy of our Bronzing Mail-in Order Form .
- 3. Make any check or money order payable to: Southwestmart, Inc.
- 4. Fill out the Bronzing Mail-in Order Form with all the information necessary including engraving information if applicable and mail your keepsake to the address on our order form.
- 5. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

For special orders, please click on the 'BUY NOW' button
below. When you get to the PayPal payment
screen, fill in the description of your order and the amount that was quoted to you. The
amount includes shipping & handling, so if the quoted amount is $80.00 and the shipping & handling quoted is $25.00, enter $105.00 in the space provided.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Delivery on Special Items will vary. If you have not received your order after this amount of time, you can email us at: southwestmart@southwestmart.com or call 915-342-6319 during normal business hours.
